If you are interested in joining the next programmes, please read and follow the procedure below.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION

If your child is in Primary School Year 3 (or above) and you would like them to be prepared to receive First Holy Communion in May 2024, please:

• fill in the Application Form;
• attach a photo of the child;
• provide a copy of the child’s baptism certificate (if not baptised in SJV);
• submit it to the Parish Office by September 2023.

Children who are in non-Catholic schools are required to attend supplement Religious Education classes.

We will contact you as soon as we have a starting date for the programme.

CONFIRMATION

If you are in Year 10 or above and wish to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in May 2024, please:

• fill in the Confirmation Application Form;
• answer the Interview questionnaire; and
• submit the above forms by email or in person by end of September 2023, together with a copy of your baptism certificate (not required if you were baptised in St. John Vianney)
